Mission Statement
Gemini Industries is dedicated to the design, manufacture, and distribution, of high quality water-efficient Bathroom Products. Each product within the Gemini range is to provide the Consumer with the best Value for Money purchase in its' category.

History
Gemini Industries was founded by 3 Partners in 1997 as a wholly Australian owned and operated Company. Gemini started business from its' current site in Botany - Sydney - later opening 'ship-in' warehouse and market support offices in Perth (2000), Brisbane (2003), and Melbourne (2006).

Products
Gemini designs and markets high-density vitreous china bathroom products, together with quality chrome-on-brass bathroom accessories, and some bathroom vanity cabinets. Vitreous china bathroom products include toilet suites and cisterns, wall and pedestal basins, drop-in and on-bench counter top basins, over-rim bidettes, plastic and in-wall cisterns, and urinals and sinks. Bathroom accessories include robe hooks, towel rails, glass shelves, soap dishes, toilet-roll holders, and glass tumblers and holders. Gemini products are manufactured in various factories located in countries as diverse as Italy, Malaysia, Thailand, Turkey, and China.

Product Certification
All Gemini products are designed and manufactured to comply with the applicable Australian Standards, and display the Australian WaterMark certification label. All factories manufacturing Gemini products have their manufacturing and quality systems audited each year by the Australian audit-regulator SAI Global, to ensure continuing high quality. Gemini are one of a small number of Australian companies to embrace the latest Water Saving technology by incorporating 4.5/3 litre flushing Toilets and Cisterns. These products proudly display the coveted 4-Star WELS label issued by the Commonwealth Government for Water Efficiency.

Brands and Designs
Gemini products are marketed under 3 brands for easy identification: GEMINI - is our general brand offering a wide range of entry-level and mid-level products, exhibiting good design, reliability, and easy installation. JOHNSON SUISSE - is our mid-level and builders brand, used extensively by the trade and in commercial projects. COTTO - this is our premium quality brand for vitreous china and accessory bathroom products. Featuring outstanding and innovative designs, COTTO products are found in quality Bathroom Showrooms, and feature in high-end projects and architecturally designed residential dwellings.

Product Distribution
Gemini products can be purchased through most Plumbing Merchants, Hardware Stores, and quality Bathroom Showrooms. These include Bunnings and Mitre10 hardware stores, Plumbtec, Reece, Tradelink, and Independently Owned plumbing merchants; Beaumont's tile showrooms, and Recollections period renovation stores (for Heritage Range products).

Support Staff
At Gemini we take pride in our customer and product support. In each State where we operate, we have external Sales Support Specialists for both Merchant and Commercial customers. Additionally, an external Technical Support Gemini staff member is available to assist with technical or installation inquiries. Our internal Customer Inquiries and Logistical Support Team is based in Sydney, and can be contacted on 02 9666 9300 during business hours.
