Gemini quality Vitreous China and Cotto quality Vitreous China is guaranteed for 5 years fram date of purchase subject to the conditions below.

Gemini Cistern Valves, Gemini Plastic Cisterns, Washers & Fixings are guaranteed for I year from date of purchase subject to the conditions below.

Installation has been carried out only by a Licensed Installer in accordance with the National Plumbing Code 2005.

• All maintenance and adjustments of the product after installation has been carried out only by a
  Licensed Installer in accordance with the National Plumbing Code 2005.
• No additives have been introduced into the Toilet Cistern Tank.
• Only a mild household detergent and soft (non-abrasive) cloth has been used to clean the products.
• All goods of substandard quality manufacture (excluding imperfactions permitted within AS 1976
  (Vitreous China Used In Sanitary Appliances) will be credited or replaced by Gemini when
  advised within the Warranty period, Subject to prior inspection and agreement.

To the extent permitted by the Trade Practices Act and other relevant legislation, Gemini's liability is limited to:

• The cost of replacing goods;
• The cost of obtaining equivalent goods; or
• The cost of having the goods repaired.

Gemini is not responsible for any lack of.operation or performance of goods (or any loss or damage) where goods are used or adapted for a purpose for which they are not designed.

Gemini is not responsible for any lack of operation or performance of goods (or any loss or damage) where goods are combined and integrated with other goods not supplied by Gemini.

It is the responsibility of the customer and installer to ensure the goods which are being installed are correct and flee of obvious visible faults before installation.

Gemini is not responsible for the labour and rectification costs incurred in the above circumstance.

REQUESTS FOR SITE WARRANTY SERVICE DURING THE PERIOD OF INSTALLATION WILL ONLY BE SCHEDULED WHEN ADVISED TO GEMINI (OR ITS AGENTS) BYTHE LICENSED INSTALLER

GEMINI will charge a sum of $85.00 for each visit to an installation by a plumber where the fault is due to poorly executed ar unlicensed installation work, or where the product is not a genuine GEMINI product, or where the product is outside the Warranty Period as shown above.
